CBD Infused Jalapeno Popper Dip

This CBD Infused Jalapeno Popper Dip is the perfect party snack to chill you and your friends out!

Ingredients

Dip

  • 4 ounce can of diced pickled jalapenos, drained
  • 1-2 fresh jalapenos deseeded and finely diced
  • 8 ounces vegan cream cheese
  • 1 cup vegan sour cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt / Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups vegan shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cups vegan parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 droppers full or as much of you’d like of Alpen Organics CBD

Topping

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ¼ cup vegan parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Misc.

  • Chips / Veggies / Baguette Slices for Dipping
  • Pickled Jalapenos for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl cream together the cream cheese, garlic powder and sour cream until fluffy. Add cheddar cheese, CBD oil, ¾ c. Parmesan cheese and jalapenos, mix until combined.
  3. Spread into an 8x8 inch greased baking dish.
  4. In a small mixing bowl combine the topping ingredients. Sprinkle over the top of the dip mixture in baking dish.
  5. Bake 20-30 minutes or until bubbly, and then broil for about a minute or so until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, veggies or baguette slices

Recipe Notes

*You can make this dip fully gluten free by swapping regular breadcrumbs for gluten free breadcrumbs in the topping! Super easy!
