1cupregular unsweetened almond milk
1tbspcreamy peanut butter
1ripe banana*can be frozen, broken into large chunks
1scoopchocolate vegan protein powder
5-10ice cubes*depending on how thick you like it
1-2pitted dates*depending how sweet you want it
1-2droppers full of CBDfx Hemp + MCT Oil 500 Series Tincture
Add all ingredients into a blender, starting with the almond milk. Blend until smooth.
If too thick, add more milk. If too thin, add some more ice.
