Preheat your oven to 350F.
Make your flax egg and set aside to thicken for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, add your egg, broccoli, creamed corn, onion, cheese, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Mix well to combine.
In a small sauce pan, add your vegan butter to melt. Then add in your garlic and stuffing cubes and cook until golden brown.
Add 1/4 of your stuffing cubes to the broccoli mixture and mix well to combine.
Place your broccoli mixture in a baking dish and smooth into one even layer. Top with remaining stuffing cubes.
Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes until golden brown and the sides are bubbly.
Wait 5 minutes to set before serving, and serve along any other "holiday" sides!
