Korean BBQ Lettuce Wraps

Vegan Korean BBQ Beef wrapped in a lettuce cup with refreshing toppings? What else could you want?!

  • 1 bag Alpha Foods Beefy Crumbles
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2-4 tbsp sriracha to taste
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup roughly chopped scallions
  • Large green leaf lettuce leaves 1 whole head, rinsed
  • Sliced fresno chiles
  • Grated raw carrot
  • Grated cucumber
  • Sesame seeds
  • Avocado oil as needed


  1. In a pan over medium heat, add some avocado oil and your Alpha Foods Beef. Once it starts to brown, add in your soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, sriracha, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Stir to combine, raise the heat to high & cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce reduces and thickens.
  2. Roughly chop your scallions, throw those in, reduce the heat to low & cover the pan for 5 minutes to steam them gently. You want them to still have some crunch.
  3. Wash and prep all your veggies. Place 2 lettuce leaves together, then fill with your beef mixture, and top with mixed cucumber & carrot, red chiles, and sesame seeds.
