Buffalo Chicken Finger Subs

These VEGAN buffalo chicken finger subs are such a showstopper, you'll be obsessed instantly!

  • 1 bag Alpha Foods Chicken Nuggets
  • ~1 cup Franks red hot sauce
  • ΒΌ cup vegan ranch
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Thinly sliced tomato
  • Salt / pepper
  • 2-4 hoagie rolls toasted


  1. Microwave or oven bake your chicken nuggets and then toss with buffalo sauce.
  2. Slice and prepare all your toppings & toast your hoagie rolls.
  3. Add all your toppings to the bottom of the hoagie roll, then add your buffalo chicken nuggets, and drizzle with more hot sauce & vegan ranch dressing. Add your top bun & dig in!
