These Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches on Pretzel Bagels with Maple Chipotle Aioli are the PERFECT way to get your day started. Or your night started. Really anytime of day started. And they're fully VEGAN!

Ingredients

  • 4 vegan breakfast sausage patties I used gardein
  • 4 slices of Follow Your Heart Medium Cheddar Cheese or 8 if you want to double it up on each sandwich
  • 3 servings of Follow Your Heart Egg cooked & seasoned with salt / pepper
  • Handful of mixed greens
  • 1 cup Follow Your Heart Chipotle Vegenaise
  • 1/8-1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Oil for cooking
  • Salt / pepper to taste
  • 4 Pretzel Bagels

Instructions

  1. Cook your breakfast sausage patties according to package instructions, as well as the follow your heart egg (in separate pans).
  2. Mix together your chipotle vegenaise & maple syrup to taste. Place in the fridge until ready to use.
  3. Toast up your bagels, then add some mixed greens on the bottom, then some of the egg, a slice or two of medium cheddar cheese, your sausage patty, and the maple chipotle aioli & top with the other half of your bagel. Then dig in!
