Jam & Ricotta Toast

This Baba Raspberry Jam & Mint Ricotta Toast is the perfect sweet afternoon treat, that's vegan & takes 5 minutes to whip up!

  • Sourdough Bread *you can use gluten free
  • 1 package kite hill ricotta
  • 1 jar coldwater canyon baba raspberry jam
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint *plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice


  1. Lightly toast your sourdough bread on both sides.

  2. In a bowl, mix your ricotta, fresh mint, & lemon juice until well combined. 

  3. Smear a generous amount of ricotta onto each piece of toast, and top with baba raspberry jam & fresh mint if desired.
