Breakfast Tacos

These simple vegan breakfast tacos are the perfect way to start your day.

  • 1 serving Follow Your Heart egg
  • 1 package Abbot's Butcher ground chicken or any vegan ground product
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 container Kite Hill Plain Yogurt (used as sour cream)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • avocado
  • pico de gallo / salsa
  • radishes
  • corn tortillas
  • lime wedges
  • fresh cilantro


  1. Cook the follow your heart egg according to package instructions. 

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add your olive oil, Abbot's Butcher Ground Chicken, cumin, cayenne, salt, & chili powder.  Cook until browned & set aside.  

  3. Char your tortillas over an open flame or in a dry skillet for a minute or two.  Add your vegan egg, ground chicken, sliced avocado, fresh cilantro, & a drizzle of yogurt to each taco.  Serve with radishes, lime wedges, and salsa on the side.
