Y’all have been asking for a weed infused Mac & Cheese recipe from me for AGES, and damn did I finally deliver! I don’t know why but adding broccoli into Mac & Cheese is truly my favorite way to make it, plus it adds some extra greens into your already “green” infused meal! And having it baked (get it?) with buttery breadcrumbs on top truly makes this a *chefs kiss* meal.

I’m so beyond happy to announce that this post/recipe is in collaboration with LEVO Oil! If you don’t know about LEVO, let me give you some facts.

Making this Mac & Cheese truly couldn’t be easier, the most timely step is just making your weed infused oil! Once you have that done, it takes almost no time to come together. All you have to do is make your sauce, boil your pasta & blanch your broccoli, mix everything together and top with buttery weed infused breadcrumbs, and then bake until golden brown! Plus once you have your weed oil, you can use it in any recipe in place of the oil it calls for to make all your food infused with THC goodness! Personally for my own tastes, I do a 3 hour infusion at 175F. But experiment and see what works best for you and your desired infusions! I can’t wait to see all of your recreations. Weed Infused Broccoli Mac & Cheese

Weed Infused Cheese Sauce

  • 4 tbsp Weed Infused Coconut Oil made with the LEVO Oil Infuser
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2-3 cups plain unsweetened plant milk
  • 2 bags shredded vegan cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp each ground mustard, sea salt, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder

Other Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shell pasta
  • 1 lb. broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Weed Infused Coconut Oil made with the LEVO Oil Infuser
  • 1 tbsp melted vegan butter


Weed Infused Cheese Sauce

  1. Make your weed infused oil using the LEVO Oil Infuser set at 175F for 3 hours. I personally used refined coconut oil, but use whatever oil or vegan butter you desire!

  2. Add your infused oil to a sauce pot until shimmering and whisk in your flour to create a roux. Once well combined, add your other ingredients & whisk over medium heat until the cheese has melted and everything is nice and smooth.

Mac & Cheese

  1. Boil your pasta in salted water until cooked through, but about 1-2 minutes before its ready, add in your broccoli to cook. Drain well and mix with your cheese sauce.

  2. Take your breadcrumbs, weed oil and vegan butter and mix together.

  3. Place your Mac & Cheese in a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs, and place under the broiler on low until the breadcrumbs are golden brown!

  4. Let cool for 5 minutes, then dig in! Enjoy responsibly.
