I’ve posted on instagram several times about this butter beer iced coffee, and after endless requests I finally have a proper recipe for you! It’s so incredibly delicious, so easy to make, and is even good hot as well!

Butter Beer Iced Coffee

  • 8 ounces Four Sigmatic Ground Mushroom Coffee with Lion's Mane cooled
  • 1 pump each vanilla, salted caramel, and cinnamon syrups I used Monin
  • 2 pumps butterscoth syrup I used Monin
  • 2 tbsp marshmallow topping I used Smuckers
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • ice


  1. For the cold foam, froth your oat milk, marshmallow topping, cinnamon, and butterscotch syrup.

  2. Fill a glass with ice, then add your remaining syrups and cold coffee and stir to combine.

  3. Top with the cold foam and extra ground cinnamon.
