Fish Tacos were never a favorite of mine before I was vegan. I just couldn’t eat seafood, I don’t know why! But now that I’m vegan they’re a hands down 10/10 favorite of mine & I crave them regularly. These ones are SO simple to make and are such a showstopper, especially because of that Jalapeno Ranch.

I’m really excited to announce that this recipe is in collaboration with Follow Your Heart! They’re one of my favorite brands, and I’ve gotten so many requests to make more recipes using their products from y’all, since they’re so accessible across the US. The product I used in this recipe is their Ranch Dressing! It’s so dang good and really sends this recipe over the top!

These tacos are SO easy to make. I used the Quorn vegan fish sticks, but ideally the Gardein fishless filets are my favorite (everywhere has just been sold out recently). You can even beer batter and fry up some tofu (reference my fish & chips recipe here) to use as well! Here’s everything you need & how to make these delicious little babies-

  • 1 bag vegan fish (we used Quorn vegan fish sticks) 
  • Shredded cabbage 
  • Corn tortillas 
  • 1 cup Follow Your Heart Ranch Dressing 
  • ½ small can fire roasted jalapeno peppers 
  • Fresh cilantro 
  • Lime wedges
  1. Mix your ranch dressing and jalapenos together. 
  2. Cook your fish according to package instructions. 
  3. Char your tortillas then add your fish sticks, shredded cabbage, jalapeno ranch, and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag vegan fish we used Quorn vegan fish sticks
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Corn tortillas
