Buffalo Chicken Finger Subs

I know y’all have frozen chicken nuggets in your freezer… I have yet to meet a vegan who doesn’t. And why not use them for a fucking delicious buffalo chicken sub?! Loaded up with all the fixins, buffalo sauce, and vegan ranch? Yeah, sign me the fuck right up. This reminds me of home so much, late night runs to Jim’s Steakout to get a Buffalo Chicken Finger Sub & Loganberry. Trust me, you’ll be hooked- especially once you find out how easy these are to whip up!

Here’s what you’ll need to make these delicious subs-

  • 1 bag Alpha Foods Chicken Nuggets
  • Roughly 1 cup franks red hot sauce
  • ¼ cup vegan ranch
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Thinly sliced tomato
  • Salt / pepper
  • 2 hoagie rolls, toasted

You can also add some melted vegan cheese, or any other veggies that you’d like! Some melted vegan provolone on this would be the heckin’ move, let me tell ya.

And here’s how to make them!

  1. Microwave or oven bake your chicken nuggets and then toss with buffalo sauce.
  2. Slice and prepare all your toppings & toast your hoagie rolls.
  3. Add all your toppings to the bottom of the hoagie roll, then add your buffalo chicken nuggets, and drizzle with more hot sauce & vegan ranch dressing.  Add your top bun & dig in!

But like I said- that’s it! Super easy, super delicious, and the perfect way to dress up some frozen chicken nuggets. Trust me nobody would ever guess it was frozen after you serve them this full plate!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Alpha Foods Chicken Nuggets
