Happy National Peanut Butter Lovers Day y’all! This is one of my favorite “food holidays” because I am one damn huge peanut butter lover. I get a lot of requests to do more desserts, but here’s the thing. I’m no baker. BUT I do make some damn good no bake desserts, like these Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars. They’re creamy, peanut buttery, chocolatey, and absolutely perfect. Plus- NO BAKING! It’s literally the easiest recipe, and have fun trying not to eat the whole tray.

I’m really excited to announce that this recipe is in collaboration with Follow Your Heart! They’re one of my favorite brands, and I’ve gotten so many requests to make more recipes using their products from y’all, since they’re so accessible across the US. The product I used in this recipe is their Cream Cheese. It’s so dang good and really sends this recipe over the top!

Like I said, these are super simple to make & you probably have a decent part of the ingredients in your pantry! Maybe minus the oreos, cream cheese, and optional toppings- I know that I always have the rest on hand!
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 20 Peanut Butter Oreos
- 16 oz cream cheese room temp
- 1/2 cup salted creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional toppings
- chocolate shavings
- cocoa powder dusting
- mini chocolate chips
You can add a small pinch of salt to the mix as well, but since we’re using salted peanut butter it kind of covers that front! But overall its a super minimal ingredient recipe as far as “baking goes”.

Get ready to learn how absolutely damn easy these are.. trust me it takes about 5 minutes to whip up. The longest part is letting them set in the fridge!
- Use either an 8×8 or 9×9 square pan. If you want the bars to come out easily for cutting and serving, line the pan with foil, leaving enough over the sides to lift out.
- In a food processor, blend Oreos until fine crumbs form. Add in melted butter and blend until combined. Pour into pan and press down to evenly cover the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
- In a medium bowl, add the room temp cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Taste for sweetness, add additional sugar if desired, but I like the slightly sweet, tart flavor of a cheesecake.
- Pour into the pan over the crust, spread evenly. Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours, or overnight to set. Garnish as desired. Slice and serve.

See I told you, I promise it’s sooooo easy to make & that you’ll fall in love instantly. Like. Super fucking instantly.
But that’s it! Super easy, super delicious, and definitely something amazing to make for National Peanut Butter Lovers Day (or really any day, let’s be honest). Once again, I just want to give a big thanks to Follow Your Heart for sponsoring this recipe and allowing me to share it with y’all! It’s truly delicious. As always, if you make this, make sure to tag me @plvntfood / #plvntfood and tag @followyourheart as well, so we can all see it! Love y’all with my cold little heart.

Oreos come filled with cream, so how do you get dry crumbs for the crust?
You don’t want / need dry crumbs for the crust! Just blitz them up with the cream inside. It helps the crust stick together since we aren’t baking these or adding any binders like an “egg”.
