Ham is the usual main for any Christmas dinner, but to have that in a cruelty free way? YES PLEASE! This Miso Ginger Glazed Ham with Roasted Veggies is the perfect swap, and has so much flavor- all your guests will be more than impressed. It’s super easy to make, so let’s get into it!

I’m really excited to announce that this recipe is in collaboration with Follow Your Heart! They’re one of my favorite brands, and I’ve gotten so many requests to make more recipes using their products from y’all, since they’re so accessible across the US. The product I used in this recipe is their Miso Ginger Dressing. It’s so dang good and really sends this recipe over the top.

  1. Cook your ham roast (I used the Tofurky Ham Roast) according to package instructions, but instead of using the glaze it comes with at the end, use the Follow Your Heart Miso Ginger Dressing. 
  2. On a baking tray, add your vegetables and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper & place in the oven with the ham roast to cook until fork tender and roasted.  
  3. Place your veggies around your finished ham roast & top with a little more miso ginger dressing & your sliced scallions.  Carve and serve.

Miso Ginger Glazed Ham Roast

This VEGAN Miso Ginger Glazed Ham Roast is the PERFECT swap for your usual Christmas Ham!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tofurky Ham Style Roast
  • 1 Bottle Follow Your Heart Miso Ginger Dressing
  • 3-4 red potatoes chopped into pieces
  • ¾ pound brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 yellow onion chopped into pieces
  • 3 carrots chopped into pieces
  • ¼ cup scallions sliced
  • Salt / pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
