Who doesn’t love Key Lime Pie? It’s perfectly tangy, creamy, and full of that bright key lime flavor- with a buttery graham cracker crust. I wanted to create a new take on Key Lime Pie, so we have Key Lime Pie Yogurt Parfaits! With layers of graham cracker “granola”, key lime yogurt, lime zest, and whipped cream… you really can’t go wrong! Plus, assembling it in a mason jar makes it the perfect on the go breakfast. It’s SUPER easy to make, so let’s get right into it!

I’m really excited to announce that this recipe is in collaboration with Follow Your Heart! They’re one of my favorite brands, and I’ve gotten so many requests to make more recipes using their products from y’all, since they’re so accessible across the US. I only used one of their products in this recipe, but it’s honestly one of my favorite products they make… their Key Lime Yogurt. All vegan and full of probiotic cultures, its a super healthy way to get that “key lime pie” flavor.

First you’ll want to make the graham cracker granola-ish situation, because that needs to cool completely before assembling the parfaits. For this, you’ll first need to acquire some vegan graham crackers. Most graham crackers are almost fully vegan except for containing honey. I order my vegan ones off amazon, but you can also find them at Whole Foods as well I believe!

Crush them up in a bag or in a food processor until you reach a sand like consistency. Then add in your melted vegan butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, and a little salt if you wish until everything is well incorporated (make sure to do this step with your hands because if you pulse this in the food processor it’ll turn into a paste). Spread it out on a parchment lined baking tray in a thin single layer, and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350F, stirring half way, until golden brown and slightly crisp. Set aside to fully cool.

Once you have the graham cracker situation cooled and ready to use, you can assemble! This is the really easy part. In a mason jar, add in a few spoonfuls of the graham cracker mix, then some of the FYH Key Lime Yogurt, some lime zest, and keep repeating until you fill up the jar. Top with vegan whipped cream, and some more lime zest if desired! You can dig in immediately, or put a lid on this and take it as the perfect on the go breakfast / snack.

  • Follow Your Heart Key Lime Yogurt *1 per parfait
  • 1 box Vegan graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lime zest *per parfait
  • Vegan whipped cream


  1. Preheat your oven to 350F
  2. Add your graham crackers to a ziplock bag & crush with a rolling pin until you create a sand like texture (you can also do this with a food processor). Add in your melted vegan butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar, and mix very thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking tray in a single layer & bake 8-10 minutes, mixing halfway through. Set aside to cool after they’re slightly browned.

  4. Once the graham cracker mix is cooled, start layering with the graham mix first, then yogurt, lime zest, and repeat until you’ve filled the entire jar. Top with vegan whipped cream and more lime zest.
