With Super Bowl Sunday approaching, I wanted to create a recipe for you guys that’s something you can easily serve to a party full of guests, but still is fancy and decadent at the same time.  I know at Super Bowl parties you usually find things like dips, sliders, and finger foods… but how awesome would it be to have the fanciest vegan cheeseboard ever?!  This isn’t really as much of a recipe as it is a guide to show you what to choose & how to assemble it all, so it’ll be short I promise!

I also have some really exciting news about this recipe!  I partnered up with Milk & Eggs to bring you this amazing recipe.  You can order close to every ingredient needed here (except a few staples that you probably already have in your pantry), and have them delivered straight to your door!  Milk & Eggs is a food delivery service that sends you farm fresh produce right to your door!  Heres a little more about this amazing company. *Also make sure to check out my promo code for you guys at the end of this post!

Their produce goes fresh from farms to you. Fresher foods = better health!  Prices are always low because there is never any waste, inventory, middlemen, or complicated distribution centers.  You can order once or subscribe to get weekly or bi-weekly produce. Subscriptions can be updated, paused, or changed at anytime. And you save on the process of ordering, buying, and picking up groceries!  They also carry so many amazing vegan products, like different vegan milks, yogurt, cheeses, broths, pastas, jerky, dumplings, etc. on top of a huge selection of the most delicious produce!

Like really, who doesn’t want amazing vegan foods delivered right to their door?  Especially when you can make yummy recipes like this using their products!  Big thanks to Milk & Eggs for sending me the ingredients needed for this recipe, and a few others (which will be up soon, so stay tuned!).  Definitely go check them out if you are interested in getting some farm fresh produce and vegan products delivered to your door!  And you can check them out at www.milkandeggs.com

The main thing with having a cheeseboard is that you want variety.  You’ll want a mix of salty, sweet, savory, creamy, crunchy, tangy, etc. throughout the board so that things stay interesting.  Also arranging the board in a way that’s exciting and interactive is always nice.  It’s better to have ingredients spread out around the board instead of having just clumps of the board designated to one kind of item.

I like to include a lot of things like pickled items, different jams / jellies, lots of different crackers & breads to spread things on, things that are brine-y like olives, capers, & tapenade, an array of fresh & dried fruits, nuts, and cheeses to that you cater to everyones tastes.

Now obviously the stuff I picked is quite a lot, and some things might not be for everyone- which is okay!  You can pick and choose what you personally like or are able to find, and arrange it however you’d like!  I just wanted to give you guys a guideline as to what to include in a cheeseboard.

I also like to add fresh herbs to the board, mainly as a visual filler, but also including them is nice because it can really enhance the flavors os some of the cheeses / toppings.

I know that this cheese board will 2,000% impress any guests you have over for a Super Bowl Party, or just a party in general!  I think eating plant based, this is one of the things I miss most, so I’m excited that it’s now possible to create such beautiful foods like this in a cruelty free manner.

  1. Once you choose your ingredients that you're going to use, get everything ready before plating.

  2. Start by adding your cheeses to the board, and space them out throughout the board so they're not all clumped next to each other.

  3. In the gaps between the cheese, start adding your other items, and remember to spread them all out as well by category.

  4. In the final gaps between items, add in your fresh herbs to bring some color to freshness to the board.
